  • ​Interacting with customer to get requirements & giving updates on the implementation progress
  • Preparing the entire implementation plan & ensure deadlines are met at all costs
  • Interacting with various team within MphRx to get different modules of the implementation completed
  • Customizing the customer environment via scripts/configurations etc. to match the customer requirement
  • Creating analytic dashboards as per customer requirements
  • Giving proper hand-over/KTs to technical services before Go-Lives
  • Ensuring high quality service delivery through adherence of quality standards
  • Giving trainings to customers on various tools/features of the application
  • Creating training/FAQ documents that would help other teams to troubleshoot and manage the customer after Go-Live

Requirements

  • ​Any Graduate. Following would be preferred:-MCA/B-TECH/BE/GNIIT 
  • 5+ Years in relevant field before joining the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and aptitude 
  • Good communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and testing skills
  • Hands on experience working with Linux/Unix
  • SQL Knowledge (preferably in MySQL)
  • Strong knowledge of Perl scripting
  • Knowledge of Shell Script/Java Script is an added advantage
  • Should be comfortable with troubleshooting network related problems
  • Should be open to learn new languages/technologies
  • Should have experience in Application/Product Support
  • Knowledge of DICOM/HL7 protocols would be an added advantage

Roles & responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services through ticketing system or telephone call. All such transactions should be recorded accurately with ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and application issues
  • Application and Infrastructure monitoring
  • Application deployment and smoke testing of configured functionalities within cloud and on customer premise installations
  • Redirect problems to appropriate team/departments
  • Stay current with system information changes and updates

Requirements

  • 2 years + experience
  • Should have very good communication skills, work closely with Client related issues, answer calls and support them for technical issues
  • Provide day-to-day support for customer escalations and incident tickets
  • Ensure SLA’s are met
  • High knowledge of Unix / Linux operating system
  • Provide day-to-day monitoring and sometimes operational support and administration of Linux/Java-based services during installation, configuration and regular upgrades or maintenance
  • Must be able to determine when a server is in a "distressed" state, e.g. network performing badly, short of swap space, short of RAM, overloaded CPU, overloaded I/O subsystem. Understand how to gather more information and recommend a solution
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills with strong skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Experience with monitoring/management systems (e.g. Nagios, Zabbix, Otrs, Jira etc.)
  • Scripting and automation skills to address recurring tasks, specifically Bash, PERL, Python
  • Understanding of Web technologies like web/application server
  • Hands on experience in writing complicated MySQL queries
  • Knowledge of MongoDB Queries added advantage
  • Document and handle knowledge transfer to other team members as well as for L1/L2 teams

  • Designing, developing and deploying J2EE based application. 
  • Using best design and coding practices to create robust, high quality software in a Scrum/Agile environment
  • Spend 20% of time on researching new cutting edge technologies to fuel further innovation in the health records field
  • Break projects into simpler granular tasks, estimate effort required and identify dependencies
  • Fast prototyping of proof-of-concept features / application based on brief unstructured business requirements for getting internal sponsors
  • Customer usability research and AB testing


Requirements

  • Knowledge of Algorithms and problem solving abilities. ( Should be able to analyze solutions and derive the space/time complexities)
  • Strong concepts and understanding of OOPS
  • Very good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring and Hibernate
  • Knowledge of groovy and grails would be an added advantage
  • Should have prior experience of working on J2EE projects
  • Knowledge of XML and JSON implementation is a must
  • Experience in DHTML, JavaScript is a must
  • Knowledge on frameworks like JQuery, Backbone.js, Less css would be an added advantage

Roles & responsibilities

  • Responsible for working on deals and RFPs with the sales team
  • Assess customer needs and scope, technical solution that addresses the customer requirements and create value for them
  • Coordinate with the sales team, product team, professional services team and infrastructure team secure inputs and adapt the solution to meet customer needs
  • Structure and price the deal so that it maximizes value for both customer and MphRx
  • Write proposals, RFPs and SOWs that are in line with customer guidelines
  • Proactively analyses deal outcomes to create best practices
  • Provides complete support for sales team from prospecting to closure stage

Requirements

  • BE/BTech in computer science/Information Technology
  • 5-8 years experience in Pre-sales and Bid management, managing RFPs, RFIs, proposals
  • Experience with Cloud technologies. Working knowledge of Web 2.0 development platform, solutions, and related technologies
  • Experience in Healthcare IT industry and healthcare standards is a plus
